The Update Round Table

We've made several updates this week. Just wanted to run them by you real quick so you're in the know.

First, we've recoded our back end to no longer queue messages as before. Your posts will now be immediately delivered upon submission. Since the adoption of the new rate limit, we wanted to give something back in return to keep you slick faces around.

Instant posting applies to all of the entrances besides e-mail. Your e-mail posts are still queued due to mail server antics. Still though, there's a 30 second queue for that, so it's not all that terrible.

We've sped up the dashboard, pingout and iPhone interfaces to allow for more fluid pinging. We know how you like your pings to be quick and painless.

Lastly, we've fixed a lot of lingering bugs that have been plaguing users. Mainly with special characters, Unicode and HTML. Granted, you can't post HTML yet, but we will have that ready very soon as well.

We're working day and night on new features for everyone. You will enjoy what we have coming up in the next week or so. Especially the blogging crowd. You're going to lose your minds.
